at Saint Leo University

Outcomes. Saint Leo's M.Ed. in Educational Leadership is built for certified educators ready to move from the classroom into school, district, or diocesan leadership. The curriculum is aligned to the Florida Educational Leadership Standards (FELS) and national NELP standards, and prepares you to sit for the Florida Educational Leadership Exam (FELE) or the Praxis School Leadership Licensure Assessment. You'll learn from faculty who have led schools and districts themselves, backed by active partnerships with Florida school districts and Catholic dioceses.
Flexibility. The program is 100% online and asynchronous, with optional weekly Zoom sessions that are recorded if you can't attend live. Courses run in accelerated 8-week terms with fall, spring, and summer entry points, and fieldwork is completed primarily at your own school. With a full course load, you can finish in as few as 12 months.
Support. From your first course to graduation, you'll have an academic advisor, faculty who know your name, and the support of the Saint Leo community. The application is free, there's no GRE requirement, and there's no commitment until you register.
