Dr. Michael Nastanski is Dean of the Donald R. Tapia School of Business, and Professor Management & Marketing at Saint Leo University. He is an expert in strategic planning, market development and international alliances. His professional career has spanned five continents, leading organizations from Fortune 100 companies to start-up enterprises.

Before joining Saint Leo, Dr. Nastanski was Executive Director of Global Business Development and Marketing for Elcotel, Inc., and held senior executive positions in Schlumberger, an international energy company where he directed development in Paris, France and implementation into North American operations. Prior to Schlumberger, he was Program Manager for the M1 Abrams tank at General Dynamics and led significant manufacturing and quality program initiatives at Massey Ferguson, a global provider of agricultural and industrial equipment.

Dr. Nastanski has been a featured speaker at international conferences, television and radio broadcasts in the United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia.
