3-2-1 Ribs. I love my Traeger grill, so whenever I can I make ribs for friends and family. The 3-2-1 title comes from the time it takes to cook the ribs. 3 hours to smoke, 2 hours to braise, and 1 hour to cook without smoke. These ribs are worth the full day of work.
